We are engaged in mass production (including prototypes) of various harnesses, from high-voltage harnesses in orange needed for vehicle and agricultural machinery electrification to signal systems. We can accommodate prototypes even when the development stage drawings are not finalized, and we can handle small to medium lot mass production at our domestic factory (with the latest dedicated equipment already introduced in the summer of 2024). We can also provide specified connectors (it will be necessary to provide end-user information to the connector manufacturer). *It is acceptable to supply parts. We can support mixed high-voltage harnesses where one side has connector A and the other side has connector B. In prototypes, we also manufacture harnesses using the latest connectors at the request of research and development departments from automobile manufacturers and parts manufacturers, and we can accommodate new connectors as well. In mass production, we have numerous achievements including harnesses for car air conditioning, fuel pump systems, main harnesses for snow removal machines and riding lawn mowers, as well as onboard chargers for EVs and lithium batteries for drive systems. We have extensive mass production experience ranging from crimping, soldering, and shielded cables to small lead wire processing and main harnesses with over 300 circuits. We own about 500 applicators, primarily for automotive use.
